The sidewalk replacement throughout the complex is slated to commence between Monday and Wednesday of next week - May 1, 2 or 3 - depending upon the weather between tomorrow and next week.  It will probably take at least 2 full days for the demolition and 2 days for installation.

 

Owners should remove their cars from the parking lot each day to permit the demolition and replacement of the sidewalks.  Access to the units will be limited on the day the concrete is poured.  It is anticipated that the concrete will be installed in 2 phases over 2 days. Please DO NOT try to walk across the concrete until it has hardened.
