Dear Belmar Gardens Owner:

 

Though we are moving slower than expected due to concrete repairs around the windows and the need to rebuild the overhangs, we are getting there.  The waterproofing, siding install prep, overhangs, windows and a/c sleeve work is completed on the rear and parking lot sides of the building.  The next step for this work is the front of unit A and then the West side of the building.

 

Siding and stone foundation installation will commence on Monday/Tuesday in areas already prepped.

 

We finally have the start date for the cable re-wiring for the building.  We will need access to all units on Tuesday June 21 beginning at 8:30 am.  They will be accessing the attic areas and crawl spaces and will be installing the cable in the living room and bedroom of each unit.  Access to your unit is imperative to assure the proper installation.  All existing wiring will be disconnected and you will have no cable wiring unless it is installed on Tuesday.  Depending upon the amount of time needed, the job may go over into Wednesday.  My staff will be on site to assist and to move furniture as needed.
