Dear Belmar Gardens Owner:

 

We are moving along albeit slower than I would like.  We had a sad setback with KPI.  Matt, the supervisor you all met, lost his house in an early morning fire last week.  On the positive note, all family members escaped injury.

 

The stone and siding installation has commenced as you can see in the photo below.  It is looking great!!  The window installations on the West side were completed today and the front of unit A will begin tomorrow.

 

The 1st batch of ac units were delivered.  Next order due in on Tuesday.

 

The cable television wiring was completed in all units.  Ceiling hatches will be done after July 12 th.

 

The new mailbox was installed in a temporary location and keys have been provided to all residents.

 

Due to the holiday traffic, no work will be done on Saturday July 2 or Monday July 4th.  Friday July 1 may be only 1/2 a day - traffic permitting.

 

The parking lot will be cleared 50% for the holiday weekend.  There are no assigned spaces at this time and use is 1st come 1st served.  Please be courteous to your fellow residents and use on street parking 1st and save the lot for the height of the holiday parking.
